Stock Use Rules

New Rules for Stock Use

Provide the following three rules are followed you have permission to use my stock in dA deviations and prints without asking permission.

1. Your work must not be insulting, hateful or of a sexual nature. I don't really expect anything to fail this condition as if it did it wouldn't be allowed on dA anyway but it's here just in case! )

2. You must credit me on the deviation and link back to the stock deviation used or my home page.

3. You must note me with a link to your deviation.

External Use

If your work is traditional art any you have just used my stock as reference then you have permission to display or sell externally in any wat you like.

Digital work using my stock may be displayed externally without asking permission provided the following rules are followed:

1. It is also displayed in dA and the above rules have been followed.
2. It is not displayed on any adult side, that is any site with a 18+ restriction.
3. My stock picture has been significantly changed so what is being displayed is not largely my stock image.

"i give permission for *one-stop-stock to display my images in their gallery".

The change was just to simplify and make it so that nearly all users can use my stock as they like without needing to ask permission. I don't like using stock with complex rules or requiring permission for prints.

Mine are very simple: take the pictures you want and do with them whatever you want. Just a few requirements: post on deviant, link my picture or gallery to your work and send me a note.

I am thinking that doing with my pictures any thing the artist wants could be too much freedom...

My rule 1 is there as a just in case for content but I don't really expect any problems

Has anyone ever used your stock in a way you objected to?
